I really appreciated the reminders leading up to the call as well. Next, Todd called exactly on time, managed the information efficiently and thoroughly, and explained various processes to me that made a huge difference in my planning next steps with his help and guidance. It's clear that he not only brings decades of experience to the table, but also genuinely has the best interest of his clients at the center of his work. Considering this was my first (and hopefully last) time I need investigative services, they have set the bar exceedingly high. Todd and his team gave me more than just PI work.
